Payment methods
You can pay with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Some products accept direct payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time is always referenced in all products. It usually takes 2-3 business days for domestic shipments and 5-14 business days for international shipments. The estimated delivery time and price is specified on each product.
Customer Care
You can ask any kind of question about your order directly through the order chat. Just to go "Account & Orders => Orders" and write your message on your order. You can also contact us through [email protected] if you need help.
Guarantee
All products have a 2 year warranty with the seller of the product and 1 year with the manufacturer. To talk about the guarantee, just go to "Account & Orders => Orders" and write a message explaining what happened with your products.
Returns & Refunds
There are two kinds of policies depending on the circunstances:
A. If the product did not arrive or it arrived broken
In this case, we will offer you a full refund after a small research about it. To start a claim, please open the order´s chat. Just go to "Account & Orders => Orders" and write your message on your order. You can do it in the next 60 days after the arrival of the order.
B. If the product arrived and you want to return it
If the order arrived correctly, we will offer you a full refund (excluding delivery costs) once the product arrives to our facilities. To start a claim for Returns & Refunds, please open the order´s chat. Just go to "Account & Orders => Orders" and write your message on your order. You can start the process in the first 7 days after the product is delivered.
The following products can´t be returned or refunded once arrived:
1. Food, plants, flowers and other perishable products.
2. Custom made products.
3. Products that can not be re-marketed for health reasons.
4. Products returned in poor condition.
5. The products returned without the original labels or packaging, without receipt or without invoice.
